All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and whimsical packaging intact.

Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original FAO Schwarz branding and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping stickers are covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
